Devět zemí střední a východní Evropy bude spolupracovat ve využití umělé inteligence (AI) včetně budování AI gigafactory v regionu. Podepsaly v Praze deklaraci. Pražská AI deklarace obsahuje dohodu o společném řešení politiky týkající se AI v Evropské unii, sdílení zkušeností mezi jednotlivými státy a propojení infrastruktury pro umělou inteligenci. Na tiskové konferenci to uvedl ministr průmyslu a obchodu Karel Havlíček (ANO).

Devět evropských zemí ve čtvrtek podepsalo Pražskou deklaraci o umělé inteligenci. Kromě Česka a ostatních států Visegrádské čtyřky se připojilo Slovinsko, Chorvatsko, Rumunsko, Litva a Lotyšsko. Ministr průmyslu a obchodu Karel Havlíček z hnutí ANO to v rozhovoru pro Radiožurnál označil za „absolutní milník“. Součástí spolupráce bude také propojení infrastruktury pro umělou inteligenci. Záměrem je i postavit v Česku superpočítač AI Gigafactory.

Česko se chce stát evropským lídrem na poli umělé inteligence. Vláda podepsala deklaraci s dalšími osmi státy a hlásí se do unijní soutěže o vybudování velkého datového centra. Takzvaná AI Gigafactory by mohla vzniknout v Praze na Zbraslavi. „Dohoda je, že ať už soutěž dopadne jakkoli, dává smysl výpočetní centra sdílet mezi sebou,“ říká v Interview Plus vládní zmocněnec pro umělou inteligenci Lukáš Kačena.
