      Ukraine’s State Bureau of Investigation says it uncovered alleged abuse by two notification groups from a district Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center in Odesa region. Ten military personnel allegedly used force, beat civilians, deployed tear gas and forcibly took people to the center. Investigators have documented 15 incidents, including one case in which a man fleeing the group was hit by a service vehicle.
