Za komunistické normalizace patřilo vše pracujícímu lidu. Na papíře. Ve skutečnosti vše ovládala jedna všemocná strana. V listopadu 1989 měl tento stav navždy skončit. Prý navždy. Ale nic netrvá věčně.
