The World Archery Federation announced Friday that it has lifted restrictions on Russian athletes, allowing them to compete under their national flag and anthem at federation events. The decision follows a July 2026 ruling by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) that ended the suspension of the Russian Olympic Committee. Ukraine’s National Olympic Committee has appealed the IOC decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
