Ledovec na úbočí nejvyšší slovinské hory Triglav měl ještě v polovině minulého století rozlohu 14 hektarů, v současnosti mu však zbývají už nejspíše jen dny, než se úplně ztratí. Poté, co roztaje několik posledních kusů ledu, zmizí poslední ledovec ve slovinských Alpách.
