Rosjanie w wypadku stracili kolejny bombowiec strategiczny Tupolew Tu-95MS. Dla Sił Powietrzno-Kosmicznych to poważna strata. Kremlowi brakuje zarówno załóg, jak i samolotów. Dlatego m.in. ograniczają ich użycie przeciwko Ukrainie i szukają rozwiązań tymczasowych.
