Zastupitelstvo města Turnova schválilo po čtyřech letech dokument upravující spolupráci města s investory. Cílem bylo vytvořit jednotná pravidla této spolupráce. Podle nových zásad pro spolupráci s investory tak musí každý investor, který bude chtít ve městě stavět, zaplatit městu poplatek. Radnice tyto peníze využije na stavbu infrastruktury, jako jsou například parkoviště nebo veřejné osvětlení.
