EveryTrace provides a market intelligence and price tracking platform for digital assets. We aggregate pricing data from multiple marketplaces and provide alerting, analytics, and comparison tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share account credentials
• You must notify us of unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and data may be deleted according to our retention policies.
